The new Huawei Mate 9 range would likely include USB Type-C connectivity. The dual 20-megapixel rear-facing cameras would come with Leina optics. It will be powered by Kirin 960 and would be available in an array of 9 colour options namely, amber gold, amber gray, ceramic white, champagne gold, mocha gold, silver, pink gold, shiny black and sky gray. It is expected that the Mate 9 will pack the latest Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, with Huawei's Emotion UI 5 running atop.
As per reports, the Huawei Mate 9 would be available in 3 different versions. Of these, two models will be with 4 GB RAM, with either 64GB storage for 3399 Yuan ($510) or 128GB ROM for 3899 Yuan ($585). The third model which will be fully-loaded will apparently have a 6 GBRAM and 256GB of ROM for 4699 Yuan ($705).
Keep in mind that these supposed prices are only for China, and could vary significantly from region to region.
As per the latest reports, the Huawei Mate 9 is likely to be launched in November this year which means that we won't have to wait too long to get our hands on it.
