Last year, Google launched Goals, a new Google Calendar feature which allowed users to easily plan goals and track them. Now, Google has come up with an update to Goals and Google Calendar that allows users to connect Google Fit and Apple Health to the fitness goals they had set in Goals.
Once the user has achieved the fitness goal, they will automatically be marked as done in Google Calendar items So when the user looks at his fitness goals in Google Calendar, Google will also show how well he has done so far.
Not only this, Google will also reschedule for fitness activity depending on the user's schedule. For instance, the user sets a goal of hitting the gym every morning at 5, but never reach before 7 am, Google will automatically reschedule the goal timing to 7 am every morning.
There is a possibility that Google will add more services with Goals in future to make it more user-friendly.
